In 2002 BALKAN FRUITS has developed raspberry and strawberry plantations over lands in one of the most ecologically clean mountainous parts of Bulgaria.
The real taste and flavour of the fruits are due to the immediate proximity of the Rila Mountain and the crystal clear rivers and springs.

In 2004 BALKAN FRUITS received and Organic Certificate issued by IMO Switzerland for the manufacture and export of fruits.
During the forthcoming season the Company will offer IQF (whole shock frozen) raspberries and strawberries, and naturally dried leaves of these fruits.
We are ready to offer also whole freeze dried strawberries and raspberries.

BALKAN FRUITS hat im 2002 Himbeeren und Erdbeeren auf Grundflächen angepflanzt, welche sich in einem unter den ökologisch reinsten Gebieten Bulgariens befinden. Der unmittelbaren Nähe des Gebirges Rila und kristallklarer Flüsse und Bäche verdanken die Früchte ihr natürliches Geschmack und ihr Aroma.

Im 2004 hat BALKAN FRUITS ein BIOZERTIFIKAT von IMO Schweiz zur Herstellung und Ausfuhr vom Obst erhalten. Die Firma wird seit der vorstehenden Saison IQF (ganze, schockgefrorene) Himbeeren und Erdbeeren und unter natürlichen Verhältnissen getrocknete Blätter dieser Pflanzen anbieten. Wir können schon ganze durch Lyophilisierung getrocknete Erdbeeren und Himbeeren anbieten.

Фирма “БалканФрутс” отглежда малини и ягоди в склоновете на най-високата планина на Балканите – Рила.

Районът е изключително подходящ за различни ягодоплодни култури. Насажденията с малини са нови и засадени върху терени, които не са били обработвани от 12 години.

През 2004 година фирмата получи сертификат за органично производство на малини и ягоди.
